Appointment Cancellations and No-Show Policy




We value your time and ours. To ensure availability to all clients and to respect the therapist’s schedule, the following No-Show and Cancellation Policy is in effect. Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice. No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying the next client. The full-service fee will still apply. Arriving more than 10–15 minutes late may be considered a no-show at the therapist’s discretion. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
Payment and Fees
No-show and late cancellation fees will be charged to the card on file, or must be paid prior to booking future appointments. Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.
Payment is required before the next appointment if the previous fees apply. Other wise payment is required either before or after the appointment.
